A while ago I was feeling somewhat sad as some of Vancouver’s furniture stores were closing. First there was Nood then Bravura. It’s always disappointing when we have to say good-bye to decent retailers in our city. But things are turning around. We now have CB2 on Robson and great news: West Elm is opening soon on South Granville where the Shoppers Drug Mart was and Crate and Barrel is scheduled to open in Oakridge Mall. We are so looking forward to welcoming both these companies to our city.
